Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
